small to Medium tectorum Air Plant or some refer to as a snow ball for their long thick tricolm hairs that make them look like a fuzzy snowball. 

this plant will come to you around 3" give or take. See Pictures for size reference. the plant pictured us not the one you will receive but same variety and very similar. 

very drought tolerant plant. This plant does not like heavy or long watering.
